• No date exceptions will be allowed. Any rebates submitted out of promotion date range will be automatically rejected.
• No mail in rebates will be considered. All 2024 rebates must be submitted to https://rebates.waterwebstore.com
• No hand written receipts excepted, no exceptions. Any rebates submitted on hand written receipts will be automatically rejected. Store where items were purchased is held accountable for any customer rejections.
• Brand and product must clearly be stated on submission receipt. Any receipts that don’t clearly show the brand name and product name will be automatically rejected. Store where items were purchased is held accountable for any customer rejections.
• Rebates will be paid out in the form of an e-check. Payment will go to the email address entered at submission. Please check junk folders before contacting us about missing payment.
• Only one brand can be submitted at one time. If multiple brands are purchased on one receipt then multiple submissions will be required.
• All transactions must be on 1 receipt. Multiple receipts will not be accepted.
