Offer only valid on products in the Poolife NST and MPT systems. (NST Prime Cal Hypo Tablets, NST Purify, NST Patrol, MPT Extra™ Chlorinating Tablets, Turboshock™, Defend+™ Algaecide)
Customer can purchase any product from either Poolife System as long as minimum spend requirement is met for rebate.
All transactions must be on 1 receipt. Multiple receipts will not be accepted.

Only 1 submission per brand, per household, per email address will be permitted.
No handwritten receipts will be accepted.
Brand and product must clearly be stated on receipt to qualify for rebate. Receipts without these details will be rejected.
Sales tax is not included in the total to qualify.
Must be 18 to participate.
Crossbrand purchases do not qualify. Each rebate level must be reached via one Solenis brand purchase and must be purchased on one receipt/same date.
May not be combined with any other offer or program.
Customer rebate will come in the form of an e-card to the email address entered during submission.

No hand written receipts excepted, no exceptions. Any rebates submitted on hand written receipts will be automatically rejected. Store where items were purchased is held accountable for any customer rejections.
Brand and product must clearly be stated on submission receipt. Any receipts that don’t clearly show the brand name and product name will be automatically rejected. Store where items were purchased is held accountable for any customer rejections.
Rebates will be paid out in the form of an e-check. Payment will go to the email address entered at submission. Please check junk folders before contacting us about missing payment.
